Soft time, not deadlines
Tasks live in four buckets: today, soon, someday, not now. Nothing is ever overdue; a today task that didn't happen rolls over silently. The calendar is the one place with real dates, for appointments, and even there a passed entry fades instead of turning red.
Break it down for me
One tap turns "clean the garage" into three to seven physical steps, the first one small enough to start right now. Every account gets 20 breakdowns a day on the house, and typing "dentist next tuesday at 3" into the calendar becomes a real appointment the same way. No API keys, nothing to configure.
Yours, on your device
The working copy is in your browser, exportable as one JSON file at any time. Sign in and it syncs between your devices; turn on end-to-end encryption and the server stores text it cannot read, under a passphrase only you know. Scripts run from one origin, and there are no trackers to block.
